Lost ¨Settings¨ icon

Hi guysI installed an .deb app on my iphone 4 but didnt work at all. Also uploaded new tones through DiskAid and all of the sudden I couldnt get in the ¨seetings¨ menu. After a couple of attempts this icon disappeared. What happened?, how can I get it back? I´d apreciatte any help

As explained iWipe can help, If not try going to settings-General-restrictions, from there turn em on... Simply off settings and than on again...
Maybe that'll help.

Go to the Search screen. Type Settings in the search box, spotlight search should show a list of things that word links to on your phone. Probably the first one will be the settings icon, click on that.
