Lost Contacts During Sync

I transferred all my contacts yesterday, and everything was fine.

But last night at home, I plugged my phone up to my computer, and I accidentally erased all the contacts during sync.

This morning I tried to resend all my contacts to the phone using the VZ TRansfer app from the app store. IT goes thru the motions and even says they were sent, but....still no cotacts.

What am I doing wrong?

I'd appreciate your help.

Check to make sure the box for syncing contacts is still checked in iTunes when you plug your phone in...
