Location services issue

I am trying to use 'Find friends' app
At the bottom of the screen I see the note: 'Location services off'
Then I go to Settings- Privacy-Location Services and see that it is 'on'.
I see that next to 'Find Friends' there is an arrow and next to it 'While Using'
Obviously my friends can't see my location.
Question: how could I set my Location Services in 'real' on state?

In Location Services, you'll find "Share my Location" directly below Location Services, when it's enabled. If Share My Location is not enabled, turn it on.

I checked that "Share my Location" is 'on' in Settings but in 'Find Friends' it still states that Location Services are 'off'

Hi , are you sign in to iCloud ?? First check if you are sign in then check if it works by signing in to iCloud [emoji4]
