Jailbreaking brand new 3gs

Could someone help me and give me advice on jailbreaking my 3gs latest firmware i bought it 3 days ago

No, it is not. It's running 4.3.5 which can be jailbroken (tethered) via Redsn0w.

Im just slightly worried its going to crash my phone, I have seen alot of eole complaining about that

No worries... you cannot crash or "brick" your phone by jailbreaking. If any problems do arrise during the process, though, you can connect to iTunes and do a Restore. Then start the jailbreak over.

Just make sure you do a backup in iTunes before you start the process. Just in case something does happen. This way you'll have all of your current data if you have to do a factory restore.

If you follow the instructions, you should be fine.
