JailBreak for 4.2.8, Can anyone confirm this?

I've been searching around the web an found this. Can anyone confirm that this works, doesn't work, or don't know?

Yes this does work. I havent had any luck my self becuase my computer is retarted but i walked my friend though it and indeed it worked.

I just now realized this JailBreak for the 4.2.8 is for a Windows OS and I own an iMac. So I am not sure this will work...ugh
