Kinda new to this stuff I'm running version 4.0.1 on the iphone4 cab I use limer1an to get up to the latest version?

Do you need the unlock? If not you can upgrade with iTunes to 4.1 and jailbreak with whatever you prefer...

If you need an unlock you can still use jailbreakme.com cause you are on 4.0.1 than install ultrasn0w!!!

Well I have the same query but I want to know that is it safe to use this,
because this is not the part of iphone.

Suppose it disturbs the other programs than it is also a headache.
