I've been scammed when buying an IPhone

I bought my boyfriend the iPhone 10 for Christmas from gumtree and still have not received it! I paid for it back on the 15th December and it still hasn't come. The guy is not answering to my messages. Ive been scammed, I shouldn't have sent the money first, I know but wanted to warn people not to purchase anything from Anthony. I looked his number up online too and found this - https://scam-numbers.co.uk/Number/07563569549/ Looks like I am not the first person hes done this too. Hes deleted the ad from gumtree now too. Hoping my bank will refund me the money
