I originally was able to put some of my music from iTunes on my phone and now I can't.
My very old iPod has no problems.
At first iTunes wouldn't recognize my iPhone (SE). Now it does, but only recognizes 20 songs via iTunes.
My phone has about 100 songs on it and plays those fine.
I've got maybe 75 pictures on my phone. iTunes doesn't recognize any of those.
iPhone and Windows 10 are up to date.
I've gone to various sites to resolve the problem. Nothing has helped.
With the number of people who complain about this, I'm surprised Apple hasn't made this more customer friendly.
