Is there a way to list all of the installed apps?

Say I wanted to send someone a list of all the apps I have INSTALLED on the phone...can you do that? No I do notwant the list that iTunes provides because those are ALL the apps you have not the ones installed. Better if the list includes all the Cydia apps as well
