Is there a cydia app that is free that will allow me to get the "data network tab"? I used tether me on my iPhone 4, but since, they have started charging for it.

TetherMe has always been a paid application and it is more than worth the money.

If you got it free that is piracy and we do not support that here. The only free tethering app is PDANet and it is not nearly as good as TetherMe.
