How to add cellular data network tab to iphone 4

Hello im running an iphone 4g 4.2.1 bb 3.10.01 and used greenp0ison to jailbreak it. I dont remember if the cellular data network tab was there or not, but I want to get this tab back there. I need some helps guys, and I tried the supreme perference 3.0 and winterboard, after i select it and it reboots, the supreme preference 3.0 doesnt show up in settings, any ideas?

My i4 is on the same IOS and I JB's mine with Greenpoison too..... Jailbreaking doesnt remove options

It depends on what network your on if you have it in settings or not...
