iphone 4 unlock problem

hi having problem unlocking my iphone 4,have jailbroken using redsnow no problem ,then installed ultrasnow using cydia but wont allow me to use sims from other networks phone is using 4.1 software ,can anyone help thanx

If you are on 4.1 that means your baseband is not compatible with ultrasn0w. Your only option is to do a hardware unlock using a Gevey SIM
