No. Firstly, discussion of hacking Wi-Fi passwords is strictly forbidden here. Secondly, this is 2011 not 2000, most people use WPA2 encryption nowadays which is not easy to crack. You would need expensive packet sniffing tools and a great knowledge of how wireless networks work.
