Internet Connection error

I've an iphone 4. From few days I'm facing a problem. Problem is internet connection error.
When I access in internet it doesn't create any problem. The problem starts when any video, or program file downloading. Problem also occur during chatting.
Please give me some useful suggestion.

Maybe your carrier has a limit or something and can pick up when your downloading and Blocked it?

simply hard reset your iPhone. If that does't help then reset your iPhone settings.
