Is siri down?

I've tried restarting phone a few times and Siri keeps saying is unavailable. I just got the phone not too long ago, does this happen often? or am I having a problem? Thanks in advance.

Do you have am internet signal? Siri requires an Internet connection to work...?

Yes. It won't do any requests on 3g or wifi.

Seems like you a have a problem. I haven't heard anyone else complaining Siri is down. If she were I would expect it to be all over the forums/apple news.

I would suggest trying a restore (set up as new phone) and check Siri. If all is well then restore from your back up and check again...
