Ipod goes into DFU mode everytime turned off *PLEASE HELP*

So I jailbroke my IPod 4g (6.1.6, tethered jailbreak) with redsn0w and then when I finished it I downloaded p0sixspwn from Cyda to convert it to an untethered jailbreak, but the problem is when ever I jailbreak it and turn it off its goes to DFU mode no matter what.

PLEASE HELP​
