Hello. no jb yet.

You can download tinyumbrella, run it, untick "request shsh from Cydia" in Advanced

And then click on Save SHSH. And thats it.

Cydia is installed on your phone when you JAILBREAk it. And there is no jailbreak out yet for iphone 4s.
