Iphone3gs activation issue after restoration process

Hi,
I had a iphone3gs(iOS 4.1) that was unlocked and jailbroken(using cydia). Few days back I officially did carrier unlock(AT&T). Then I tried to restore phone using itunes. Since the restoration process I tried many times to activate my phone but i couldnt & get this message'your iPhone could not be activated because activation server is temporarily unavailable'.Also a iccid unknown error

Can any one help me to fix this problem.

You got your imei unlock from AT&T or a third party?

Initially i did unlock from a third party. Recently availed At&t unlock opportunity and then did restoration process.
