My 4s (completely stock) earlier today would not load any 3G data, or fetch mail or anything with Celluar Data, even though i looked, and it was "on". Is this something i should ask my Carrier about that could be hardware related ? Or maybe a hiccup within Verizon's network? It was only down for about less than 5 minutes
