iPhone to iTunes music transfer?

I wanna know if there is some app or software that restore my iphone/ipod's music to iTunes, because when i format my disk i have to renew all my musics.

are these itunes purchases or did you rip your own music cds to your computer and add it to itunes?

you could backup online or via external storage before performing a restore/format

I use an app called save tunes available on the AppStore for this purpose. It is really simple to use
