I wish I was kidding bout ATT store not touching the phone, Called apple 3rd time this week, they just keep doing the same process, Done a RESTORE EVERY night this week, I'm bout fed up with it.

I would just call the Apple store closest to you and make an appointment with one of their Apple Techs. They do a restore and see that it doesn't work and usually give you a new phone on the spot.

If I take it to the ATT store will they exchange it?
