Iphone missing major features

This really weird glitch has been going on for a month now and I can't remember how is started. My IOS is 4.2.1 and it is jailbroken.


In this picture, instead of having the traditional two buttons at the top, "cancel" and "done", it has nothing.




In this picture, instead of having the tradition "ON" and "OFF" letters, it says nothing.






In this picture, when you "hold" your finger on a link, you should get options like, open, open in tab etc. But in this picture it doesn't say those words.






In this image, the black boxes should say "cut" and "copy" and they dont' say that.



At first I thought the problem was in a theme so I deleted that theme but the problem still persists. If anyone knows how to solve to strange problem, please let me know. Thank you.

Nope.

There is nothing wrong with jailbreaking.

If anything, I would just restore it in itunes and then rejailbreak it.

But hopefully, Someone can help you OP.

If you have already tried everything possible like hard reset, plug it to your itunes for about 10mn etc... and it didn't help, then i think that you will have yo restore and then jailbreak again. But before restoring it, make sure u save your shsh, as itunes might not allow that iOS version to be restore on the phone as there is a higher version already. I think that something arrived to corrumpt files from the system files.
