Hello there I believe you can't activate your iPhone without giving Apple ID and password . Here's a link and hope that it helps you.

If you mean your Apple ID and password, you can't. Unless you can remember your Apple ID and password, there's no way to activate the iPhone.

To recover a forgotten Apple ID, go to this site and enter all requested information. Apple ID How to find your Apple ID - Apple Support
