Long story.
My iphone fell off car and was smashed by being run over....luckily my sim card was still ok.
My partner has a personal iphone and work iphone.
She has given me her personal iphone until i get a new one via insurance...
I have backup to my computer via iTunes.
I just want to restore my contacts onto her phone (which is now my sim card phone) without deleting her contacts.
The rest can wait until i get a new phone.
Any clues please ? thanks

Have her connect her iPhone to iTunes on her computer and do a complete backup. Then she can erase the phone and lend it to you. You can restore the phone with your latest backup on your computer, which should contain your contacts and everything else that was on your phone. When you get your new iPhone, you can set it up with your backup and erase the borrowed iPhone. Your partner can then set up her iPhone with the backup she made and it will be exactly as it was before she lent it to you.
