Iphone 5 crashes Evasi0n IOS 7

I have jailbroken my Iphone 5, all Cydia tweaks work ok however is I use spotlight search or move an app to a folder the device crashes with springboard errors

I have crash logs but they are too large to post here

Perform a hard reset then reinstall MobileSubstrate
