iPhone 4s won't start

I have iPhone 4s and it wont start. When I'm pressing power button it doesen't do anything. When I put it on charger it says that the batery is full but it won't start. I can use it on charger but after a while the phone is freezing. I'v checked the battery and it is ok. Please help me i don't know what to do.

Plug it into your PC and see if it's recognized

No it's not recognized. When i'v pluged in and tried to start only the apple logo is blinking.
