I have dropped my iPhone 4S in the bath was in
Water for about 1second I quickly put it in
A bag of rice and left it over night, it seems
To be working fine but there is a water spot In
The right corner and both water damage signals
Have turned red!!

there isn't really any more you can do,you did right to put it in a bag of rice but we usually advise leaving it there for a few days and not turning it on until then, you're lucky that it's still working fine, you could put it back in rice and see if the water mark goes,i'm afraid the red moisture strips are there to stay.

The water mark is slowly on its own is that a good or bad thing?

Leave it in rice for 4 days at least.....sealed bag give it time make sure it is off.

as the OP had the phone in rice as she say's overnight then turned it on i think there's little point in putting it back in rice, the idea is to put it in rice from the off and don't turn it on,the OP say's it's working fine now.
