iPhone 4s charges, and then drains...

So I plug my phone in at night to charge, and it reaches 100%. I know this because I am a light sleeper and often check my phone during the night. But after my alarm starts going off and i snooze a couple times in the morning, I realize my phone, though still plugged in, has already drained its battery a bit, down to 94-96%. What gives??

Yes. It's common. Just carry on draining your battery dead 100% then do a full recharge and restore and set up has a new phone.
