iPhone 4G, speaker not working after screen replacement

After replacing the Screen with Digitizer on my own, I reassembled everything just like I have seen on many youtube videos. But now my speaker is not working, the microphone is working which sits in the same housing. Is there something I may have missed, there really isnt much to it. Or did I somehow ruin the speaker?

I would clean your connection with denatured alcohol. And make sure it's connected well. Check that first
