i've been reading up on this all day, but i've found completely different answers since there are posts from different months so i'm gonna ask everyone on here again.
my buddy is selling an iPhone 4 on v4.3.1 and it's on firmware 04.10.01 that currently has Cydia installed. it has all of his info, and i want to sync the iPhone to MY computer so that i can put my music, pictures, etc. what my question is, if i download the software for v4.3.1 will i be able to restore it and still be able to jailbreak it again, and still unlock it using gevey sim? i have T-Mobile.
PLEASE REPLY ASAP. THERE'S ANOTHER OFFER ON THE TABLE, AND I WANT TO BUY IT ONLY IF I'LL BE ABLE TO USE IT ON T-MOBILE.
