iphone 4 screen turning problem

Hi, Iam from Hungary and i have just bought an iphone 4 and i have the following problem with it: when i hold my iphone horizontally its screen doesnt turns. so where could i set this options? or it doesnt work well and should i have it serviced?

The iPhone doesn't allow for horizontal viewing of the homescreens, just of different apps.
