iPhone 4 jailbreak issues

My wife has a jailbroken iphone 4 and I have some questions about it. It was jailbroken with redsnow and it seems some tweaks and stuff I can't seem to find on her phone. For example, she wanted to put the zeppelin tweak on her phone, which I have on my 4s, but it's not in her cydia. Any ideas?

did you add a repo in order to get it? check what repo it is on and if she has the same repo added, if not then add it and it will be there
