Iphone 4 ios 5.0.1 to IOS 6 jailbroken and factory unlocked

I have a Factory Unlocked, Jailbroken Iphone 4 with IOS 5.0.1
I was crazy enough not to upgrade to IOS 6.X when they were available as a software update but now I want to wipe out my phone and move to IOS 6.x
I really dont want to go to IOS 7 as I feel it will slow my phone down
In the software update option i only see IOS 7

My phone is factory unlocked.
So how can I update to IOS 6.x without losing the factory unlock?
I am new to this, I did try to search but with no clear todos.

Factory unlocks are permanent. Restoring your device will not affect a factory unlock.

Unless you've saved your blobs manually, your Cydia iOS 6 blobs (unless it's 6.1.3) will not be valid blobs. If you did not manually save your SHSH blobs, you will not have valid blobs with APTickets that are usable, and your only option for a restore is back to the same iOS that you're currently running, or the latest 7.0.4
