iphone 4 had 5.1 jailbreak and tried to update to 5.1.1 for att and now will not work

i tried to upgrade to 5.1.1 today over wifi and now phone is stuck with multi colors. i can put it in dfu and itunes tries to update but gives me error 1601 now i have the latest itunes and have tried boot recovery also but nothing is working.

Update... The problem with not being able to restore was two host files that had to be deleted.
