hi i have an iphone 3gs 5.0.1 jailbroken the problem is that to unlock i need to install ultrasn0w from cydia but when i go on thefile to install their is no contents in the repoultrasn0w folder. Anyideas?

Let's start off with whether or not you can use ultrasn0w to unlock your 3GS..... What Baseband is your iDevice on? If you're not sure... go to Settings>General>About and let us know what's next to "Modem Firmware."

06.15.00 is the iPad BB... should already be Unlocked and running a custom firmware w/ this. ultrasn0w will do no good for you since you're on the iPad BB.
