I was trying to restore my iphone 3gs on itune. The restore failed. After that I am unable to use the usb ports and the wireless is not working.
I checked the device manager, and the drivers for the usb, sound and network (wired and wireless) have errors.
I did some research and were able to get the drivers back. All the device is working, according to the device manager.
However, I am not able to connect to the internet, either wired or wireless. I can see the wireless access points and can click to connect.
But after the laptop try to connect, it comes back and say limited access, no internet access.
This is same for the wired connection, I connect the lan cable and it will report unidentified network and limited access.
I have updated the wireless driver from the dell website. But still no internet access.
