iPhone 3G 3rd party notification apps not working

I am trying to get some good notifications set up on my iPhone 3G 4.2.1. I have tried notified pro but I wouldn't open. I tried element for cydget but it's empty

I tried lockinfo and I get the same problem



.
I know I have unread mail.
