ios7 Question

I My GF recently updated to this new ios7 and berfore she could double tap on the home button and close down apps to conserve battery power but when she hold down on the Icon they dont have that little red dot to close it down. Also how do yuo move icons arround to you liking on your home screen ?

You can move around the apps the same way as before and in order to close down the apps, simply double tap the home button and slide the opened pages up to close them down. I also recommended to turn off your "background app refresh" which can be found under your "general" tab. See if that works.
