After jail-breaking tethered on iPhone 4 with iOS6, can I unlock using SAM using saved tickets?

Depends on your baseband. 04.12.02 I know can be unlocked with SAM tickets

How do you get SAM tickets? Because i have a iphone 4 and it was on io6 but i downgraded thinking it would make it easier for my to unlock but now im on ios 5.1 but im still on firmware 4.12.02. Does anyone know how i can unlock this?

SAM was an old unlock that was free until Apple closed up the hole. What it does is that it unlocks your device using a SIM. You can't unlock anything past 04.11.04 without an IMEI unlock or a saved SAM ticket. Gevey only supports up to 04.10 so unfortunately you can't unlock it until a new interposer or boot/firmware flaw is exposed
