ios 5 Missing features following upgrade

Good morning all, I dont seem to have all of the described features in the 5.0 upgrade? No camera button on the lock screen, no voice navigation. Anyone else having the same issues??

to get to the camera, hit the home button twice, you should see the camera icon show up next to the unlock slider

When did Apple say iOS 5 was supposed to have Voice Navigation?

Also, voice recognition ( siri ) is available on iPhone 4s. Not iPhone 4.
