Internet Browser Broken

I was using my internet browser, the default Safari browser, and i was loading a quick time video, but suddenly the video never loaded and it was just a black screen with the connection, time, and battery life in the sideways position. Now everytime i load my browser that black screen keeps coming up and i cant use the browser normally.
