if i get a new iphone 4...can i JB & unlock?

no that the iphone 4 will be free with contract... i'd like to get it. but i'm sure it will have the latest ios/firmware on it. can i JB & unlock for use one TMO?

Unfortunately no... the new iPhone 4 will be shipping w/ iOS 6 AND a totally different Baseband (what makes unlocking possible). We can't even unlock the last two iOS 5 Basebands on the iPhone 4. :-(
