I downloaded 4.2.10 and then saw there was not a untethered JB is there any way I can downgrade to back 4.2.8? I tried and I keep getting iTunes errors and im losing my mind.

You are just making your device tired, nothing more or less. At the end of the day, you will still be with stock iOS. There is no magic to do if you didn't save your shsh.

Connect your phone to your computer and open up iTunes when iTunes recognize it, it will ask you to restore the iOS, follow iTunes instruction to restore your phone.
