how to tilt screen.

Hi, I am using iphone4, What must i do so that when i tilt the handphone from vertical to horizontal and vice versa, the screen will also tilt accordingly. currently the screen is lock in 1 position. On the top right corner of the screen, i can see a small circle with a lock inside d circle. Tks
