How to split iPod app into Music and Videos on iPhone 3g

I have an iPhone 3G jailbroken on iOS 4. Is there any package in Cydia that separates the iPod icon into Music and Videos, like the iOS 5 devices do? I thought it would be cool to have a Music and Videos icon on my 3G.
