How to restore files using PkGbackup?

So i downloaded PKgbackup and backed up all my files and synced it with itunes. Now lets say something goes wrong when I'm doing the untethered jailbreak and I have to restore my phone. How will I packages and sources back from PKGbackup?

in the cydia main page you can go through there.. however it only saves the packages that you paid for at least thats all it saved for me.
