The old method to remove a stock app from view until the next reboot of the device was patched with iOS 7. There are currently no ways to hide them without putting them into folders, and there's definitely no way to delete them. Once an iOS 7 jailbreak comes out, and you choose to jailbreak your device, you can hide them. Deleting stock apps is not recommended as it can cause issues if you were to use a re-restore program if one exists.
