How does my brother hack into my Iphone?

My brother can hack into my iphone 4s with his ipod 3g, and I was wondering how he does it and how can I prevent it from happening. Eventhough I have a password on my phone, he can access my pictures,email, and internet history. Also his ipod is jailbroken.

If your device is jailbroken, he can access it assuming you're on the same network assuming you didn't touch anything that he might've installed on your device

My phone isn't jailbroken and he hasn't installed anything on it but we do use the same wifi

Then it's not possible unless he Bluetooth hijacked you, which is highly unlikely. The only other way he can have access is if you have an automated iCloud backup performed regularly, and he has access to your Apple ID.
