I really need help!

One time, I synced to my iPhone 4s to my brothers iTunes, and now when ever I download an app,
he receives it on his phone, how do I stop this ?!

Do you both use the same apple id.

What has happened... when you Sync'd w/ your brothers iTunes... you've also associated your iPhone w/ his Apple ID. So, when you download an app... iCloud will recognize that when it does a WiFi sync. In turn, adding to his iTunes and iPhone. You'll need to go into your settings and change the Apple ID from your brothers back to your own.
