Hi I am Amanda. I have a iPhone 4 running 4.1. I am new here. I was wondering if anyone could direct me to a thread that shows how to unlock my phone. I have never unlocked it before. I don't want to screw it up!!

Are you trying to unlock to use on another carrier? Or do you mean jailbreak?
Just check out the stickers in the hacking section there are a few guides there.
